PLM Developer (3D Experience/Enovia)

Softworld Inc.’ s client is seeking a PLM Developer with the following:

The PLM Developer (3D Experience/Enovia) is responsible for the developing solutions to configure and customize the Dassault Systemes 3D Experience/Enovia PLM environment to meet business needs. The successful candidate is a subject matter expert in configuring, and customizing PLM applications, has a thorough knowledge of PLM concepts, 3Dexperience architecture, Data model and related schema. In depth knowledge of Development Tools and techniques is required.

  • Configuration, and customization of the Dassault Systemes 3D Experience/Enovia PLM infrastructure.
  • Interface with process owners and stakeholders to identify and deliver value-added solutions supporting the engineering, program management, and finance & administration organizations.
  • Maintain systems security and integrity, taking corrective actions as necessary in compliance with company and industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide proactive and reactive support on issues relating to the PLM implementation.
  • Create and maintain specification documents describing configurations and customizations developed.
  • Provide assistance as a secondary resource to other specialists within the PLM team.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing PLM systems such as 3D Experience/Enovia required.
  • Experience in configuration and customization of Engineering, Document Management, and Business Process modules in 3D Experience/Enovia environment required.
  • Proficiency with HTML, XML, Java, J2EE, JSPs, and Oracle DB required.
  • Solid understanding of engineering processes including CAD and BOM management; Engineering Change Management; and Issue, Nonconformance, and CAPA Management required.
  • Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to define and communicate what needs to be done and successfully drive it to completion.
  • Able to recognize, troubleshoot and resolve system problems with little supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills and a positive, goal oriented attitude desired.
  • US Citizen with ability to attain a government clearance.
